1. Introduction

Welcome to Feedzback ("the Platform"), operated by Pablo GROOT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our service connecting musical artists ("Artists") with playlist curators and industry professionals ("Curators"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Feedzback allows Artists to purchase "Feedzback Coins" to submit music to Curators for feedback. We guarantee that Curators will listen and provide feedback; however, playlist placements are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of the Curator.

3. User Obligations

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of the music you submit. By submitting, you grant us and our Curators a non-exclusive, worldwide license to stream your music for evaluation purposes.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to submit copyrighted material you do not own, or engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity.
